NEW CLIENT INFO:
- New clients MUST email me before you book your first appointment.
- If you book your first appointment before sending me an email, your appointment will be automatically declined.
PARTY MINIMUM:
- Please keep your party to a minimum, this helps ensure the safety for everyone, this policy does not apply to those who cannot drive or need assistance.
- The salon is a workspace so if you plan on bringing additional guests (friends, family, children) please send me an email before your appointment to confirm.
CANCELLATION:
- Everyone gets one sickness cancellation with no fees attached, 48 hours not required, one per calender year.
- No show clients will be charged 100% of their appointment.
- Cancellation under 48 hours will be charged 50% of their appointment fee.
- Rescheduling less than 48 hours may incur a fee.
- Please keep in mind that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may need to reschedule or adjust your scheduled services to provide the best quality of work. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
CLEAN HAIR:
- Please show up with your hair washed, clean, and dry within the past 36 hours
- Note to color: This policy ensures optimum color results.
ATTENTION:
- All appointments are PENDING until you receive confirmation. If there is an issue with your appointment being requested you will receive a notice by email.
